Our client, a globally recognised supplier of medical testing equipment, is looking for a dynamic Sales Support Coordinator to join their team on a 1-year fixed term contract.

- Hybrid working (2 days from home / 3 days in the office)
- Collaborative team dynamic
- Base salary of £32,0000
The successful candidate:
- Proactive and charismatic with exceptional communication and rapport-building skills
- Experienced in outbound calling, proactively contacting customers and identifying sales opportunities
- Skilled at booking & coordinating appointments for Sales Reps
- Tenacious in regularly contacting customers and successfully reaching decision-makers
- Detail-orientated with a strong ability to accurately process orders from customers
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Adaptable and flexible with a positive attitude towards change and new challenges
The Role:
- Making outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Schedule appointments for sales, implementations and training
- Schedule reviews, run reports and prepare customer reports
- Complete account calls
- Create new sales opportunities through proactive activities
- Prepare quotations and respond to customer enquiries
- Process sales enquiries
- Support marketing activities
