A fantastic opportunity for experienced Mechanical Fitters to join a successful, manufacturing company who specialise in industrial pumps. Due to a growing order book and high customer demand, we now have a requirement for several additional Fitters to bring their mechanical expertise to our Assembly and Test teams.

From dismantling, assembling, testing or servicing, your role will ensure top-notch quality and efficiency, whilst adhering to strict timelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, repair, dismantle and service of industrial pumps with precision and efficiency
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and ensure timely resolutions
• Accurate completion of paperwork and assembly documentation
• Actively participate in continuous improvement projects
• Ensure all work is completed in line with H&S guidelines

Qualifications and Skills:

• Apprentice trained Mechanical Fitter with up to 3 years' experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Competitive salary; £35,350 basic + Shift premium (OTE £62K)
