Page Personnel are currently partnering with a market leading facilities management business, based in Chester, who are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will take responsibility for all areas of financial administration

Description

The Finance Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Matching, batching, and coding purchase invoices
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Raising sales invoices
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Cash Allocations
  • Query Resolution

Profile

The successful Finance Assistant should have:

  • A proven track record within a similar role
  • AAT L2 or above (desirable)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly with Excel.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • A qualification in finance, accounting or relevant field.
  • Good organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Confident in using financial software (ideally Sage)
