Reading

An exciting new opportunity has presented itself for an experienced RTPI qualified Planner to join a well-established Reading based Planning team at Associate Director.

My client is one of the leading global Real Estates providers, with the Reading Planning Team an integral part of the biggest planning consultancy in the UK which is over 300 strong with planning specialists covering every land use sector and geographical area in the UK.

The team's reach is diverse, with a strong pipeline of regionally significant projects including Strategic Urban Extensions, major urban mixed-use and commercial, tourism and leisure, in addition to a wide ranging rural / landowner estate portfolio.

This consultancy works for a wide variety of high-profile clients, spanning landowners, private individuals, institutions, developers, promoters, national and regional house builders, commercial/leisure operators, and investors.

This position of Associate Director/Director is an important strategic, management and leadership role in the Planning Team with the aim to help win and deliver a wide range of stimulating and high-profile projects.

This is a rare opportunity for the successful candidate to experience working within a full-service development advisory environment alongside colleagues in Development (residential and commercial), Industrial & Logistics, Office agency, Investment, Building Surveying and Project Management, Capital Markets, Property Management, and many others.

For the ideal candidate, my client is happy to offer a competitive starting salary as well as an impressive benefits package!
