Business Support Administrator

Part- Time Hours - Will increase to Full Time

This role will initially be fully remote

OA are currently working with a reputable and well-established, leading organisation within the Promotional Goods and Advertising Services, to support them with hiring a Business Support Administrator on an initial part-time basis. This role will be to support the MD with data entry, generic admin duties, whilst maintaining a best- in class service.

  • Working Hours: 9am - 5.30pm /15 - 20 hours per week - x2 Full days (this will increase)
  • Weekly Pay - £12.50 per hour
  • Immediate start
  • 21 Days holiday
  • Training and support provided

Business Support Administrator - Key Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will act as a PA / Business support Administrator to the MD to support with various admin tasks
  • Data entry - updating internal CRMs in an accurate and timely manner
  • Processing orders, data entry, organising the CRM
  • Work in a fast paced, rapidly evolving environment
  • Attending trade show events and speaking with prospective clients 
  • Responding to telephone and email customer queries
  • Provide support with Marketing - Social Media / Content / Copy Writing 

Previous Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience working in an admin based role
  • A proactive approach with strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) etc
  • Strong communication skills; written and verbal
