Chilled Warehouse Team Leader - FMCG
Tewkesbury
£13.51 per hour starting, increase to £14.76 once fully trained
22 holidays + banks, increasing with long service (30+ total)
Permanent, full-time, 37.5 hours per week, 5/7 days Monday to Saturday on rota
Start times: 0600,0700, 0800, 0900 on rotational shift pattern
Requirements & Duties:
- Lead and guide a large team responsible for the receipt, picking and returns of dairy and associated products
- Control all movement of stock and checking of codes against tickets
- Ensure the cleanliness of the Chilled Warehouse is maintained at all times providing a safe working environment
- Supervise the safe loading and unloading of delivery vehicles, overseeing day to day operations
- Support and monitor team performance, encouraging them to do their job to the best of their ability
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Provide support for the Chilled Warehouse Supervisor, covering days off and holidays
