Role: Financial Controller

Location: Blandford Forum

Salary: Salary will be discussed on call with Recruiter (open to all levels and salary requirements)

My client in Blandford Forum is seeking a Financial Controller on a permanent basis. They are open to finance professionals who are seeking full time or part time employment.

You will be working alongside the senior management team to control all aspects of the finance department and operations. You need to have a commercial aptitude and contribute to financial strategies that will aid the companies continued success.

Role Requirement:

• Chartered Accountant (FCCA, ACCA, CIMA or ACA)
• Experience leading a financial/accounting function
• Excellent communication skills, and able to convey ideas and concerns to senior leadership and personnel
• Highly detail orientated

Role Specification:

• Working closely with the senior leadership team to build financial and commercial strategies, contribute to ideas to develop the company’s financial performance and profitability
• Deep understanding of company cash flow and management, able to develop methods and policies to increase effectiveness
• Provide financial analysis, guidance and reporting
• Lead the finance function and aid it’s development
