The Company:
The Company supply bespoke extrusions to a wide range of market sectors including construction, engineering and manufacturing
The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the team to ensure efficient production of the material in line with quality and target standards.
Duties include, but aren’t limited to:
- Develop / maintain monthly reports as required by your line managers
- Carry out shift required audits to identify improvement opportunities (continuous improvement)
- Conduct / attend daily production meetings with team leaders
- Ensure Health & Safety requirements are met
About you:
- Come from a people management background
- Formal Management qualification / training
- An understanding of 6 sigma
- Open to background (production, manufacturing, assembly, forces etc)
- Excellent communication skills
Package:
- £35,730 per year
- Excellent overtime rates
- Matched pension
