Job Title: Receptionist/Administrator
Location: Hereford
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary Range: £12 - £12.50 per hour
Start Date: Immediate (within 2-4 weeks)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our client. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and callers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers at the front desk in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Provide information about our products and services to customers.
• Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and efficiency.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the office operations.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in using office software and telephone systems.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work full-time in the office (40 hours per week).
