GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maths Teacher to join a reputable school in Spalding. This full-time role offers a rewarding opportunity to inspire and educate students in mathematics.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and challenging maths lessons.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
  • Support students' academic and personal development.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Strong subject knowledge in mathematics.
  • Previous experience teaching maths at secondary level is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection and that successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks including providing an enhanced DBS on the update service, or completing an application for a new check.
