Do you have experience in 1st Line IT Support or similar related experience and are available asap for a 3 month or so?
If 'yes' we could have a lovely little contract for you!
Location: Houghton Regis, Beds
Rate of Pay: £12.74ph rising to £13.74ph after 12 weeks
Benefits: holiday pay accrual as you work

Days/Hours of work: Mon- Fri 9am 5pm (35 hours per week)
Overview of the role:
- Provide efficient and effective first line support to system users ensuring that requests are logged and processed efficiently, effectively and in a timely,helpful manner manner
- Resolving tickets on a 1st line level and where necessary, take detailed info and escalating to a more senior IT personnel for support.
- resetting passwords and usernames where required
- taking incoming calls with user issues ensuring answered and responded too within the SLA
Person Requirements :
- Highly motivated with egood administrative and organisational skills
- experience of IT systems and accurate keyboard skills
- Excellent customer service skills with experience of worknig with customer care/ services
- Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
- Excellent English verbal and written communication
- Ability to commit to the role for 3 months
