We are currently seeking experienced Solderers and Cable Assemblers to join our production team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in soldering techniques and cable assembly, along with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing top-notch work.
Responsibilities:
- Perform soldering tasks according to specifications, including through-hole and surface mount components.
- Assemble and solder cables, wires, and harnesses according to engineering drawings and instructions.
- Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met and address any defects or issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a solderer and cable assembler in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in soldering techniques, including hand soldering and soldering irons.
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting engineering drawings and schematics.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
