Site Manager Social Housing
Liverpool, Occasionally Carlise and London (Digs included)
Temporary to Permanent
Salary – £40,000 / £45,000 + Company Van or car allowance

The Company
Family owned building contractor who have developed the resources, expertise and experience to successfully undertake a number of construction projects. From designing and executing expansive ventures in both the private and commercial realms, to specialised refurbishments and swift responsive tasks. Specialising in Planned Maintenance, Reactive & Void Maintenance, New Builds, and Refurbishment. They also have a separate Fire Stopping division that offers a full advisory, delivery and maintenance service.
As a result of their success they are currently seeking an enthusiastic –
Site Manager to oversee works on
- Overseeing firestopping, fire signs, fire door closures.
- It will be working on anything from managing a full site to overseeing the maintenance team in the Liverpool area initially and as a when required cover in the Carlise and London areas as and when required.
- Monitoring team performance for both direct and subcontractor employees
- Production of weekly reports against forecast
- Provide a safe working environment by adhering to the correct health and safety procedures
- Daily paperwork to sign off and inspect completed work.
- Additional paperwork to log work daily that is being carried out on properties.
Job Purpose:
Co-ordination of site activities in order to ensure that construction meets all contractual requirements in the most cost effective and efficient manner. Will work with the Contracts Manager and Operations Manager.
What you need to succeed?
To be a successful Site Manager within this role, you will have a background within Social Housing and be willing to travel to London and Carlise but will predominately be based in the Liverpool area.
To qualify for this position the successful Site Manager must possess the following:
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- CSCS Card
- Fire Marshall
- Minimum of 5 years experience within fire risk management
- Good fire knowledge & background.
