This is your opportunity to take the reins and shape the future of export at a multinational organisation. As Head of Export, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering offset and partnership contracts, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
Shape the Strategy, Drive Results
- Provide visionary leadership, guiding the team to excellence.
- Forge strong relationships with Offset Authorities, customers, and internal teams across various disciplines – Programmes, Engineering, Operations – as well as overseas branches.
- Oversee the delivery of existing contracts, ensuring obligations are met meticulously.
- Proactively identify and claim offset credits and licence fees, maximising value for the company.
- Act as the Business Bid Authority for new requirements, guaranteeing their feasibility before bid submission.

What You Bring to the Table
- Proven experience in export with a deep understanding of the commercial and cultural nuances of international markets.
- A knack for building rapport with diverse stakeholders, including Programme Directors, Sector Heads, and business partners.
- Expertise in offset contract and licensing T&Cs, allowing you to approve contracts with confidence.
- Solid grasp of contractual financial instruments, encompassing licensing principles, tax implications, and export control regulations.
- The leadership qualities and vision to elevate the OPM function within the UK while aligning with wider group aspirations.

- £70-75K basic salary.
