Cogent Staffing are recruiting for experienced a Support Administrator for our Bradford based client. These roles are on a temporary to permanent basis.
Shift/salary:
- Monday to Thursday 07:00-15:30
- Friday 07:00-15:20
- £11.44 per hour
- Weekly pay
- Temporary to permanent opportunity
The role:
- Working as part of a small team in a busy warehouse/manufacturing setting
- Updating records on the in house system
- Checking delivery arrivals
- Answering any queries or enquires
- Manage and coordinate the receiving, storage, and distribution of inventory
- Oversee inventory control processes including cycle counting, record keeping, and reporting
- Supervise and schedule warehouse staff including order pickers, forklift operators, and packers
- Support in monitoring and optimising warehouse productivity and efficiency
- Liaise with transportation providers and logistics partners where needed
- Analyse operational data and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Maintain detailed records and generate reports for management
The candidate:
- Have experience of MS Office and Excel
- Have good attention to detail, and good with figures
- Previous support administration experience essential
