Job Overview:


We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the construction team, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the construction process.

Duties:
- Lead and manage the construction team, including project managers, engineers, and site staff
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Implement health and safety regulations on construction sites
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment for construction projects

Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent time management abilities to meet project deadlines
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices
- Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
