Job Description

As a Teacher through Education World, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and fostering a positive learning environment in various schools across Gateshead. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Planning and delivering engaging lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
Assessing and evaluating students’ progress and providing constructive feedback.
Supporting students' individual needs and promoting their overall development.
Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment.
Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and carers to support students’ education.
Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
A genuine passion for education and a commitment to students’ development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
