Nexus Resource Solutions are working with a well-established fabrication company based in the East Lothian area. Due to a strong order book, they require a number of Fabricator/Welders on permanent basis. The client prefers to have candidates work their 3-month probation period through Nexus Resource Solutions before going permanent.

We currently have a number of vacancies for experienced Fabricator/Welders with experience on heavy structural steel. Candidates need to be able to fabricate from drawings. The client has a strong order book with overtime available. Hours can be in excess of 50 per week.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced Fabricator/Welder with a background in medium to heavy structural work with steel and mild steel. Ability to fit up jobs and use punches, guillotines and bending machines are also advantageous.

Hours and Pay
 

• £15ph-£15.50ph.
• Overtime is paid at time and a half and double
• Holiday pay is paid at time and a third
• 4 day week working Mon-Thu
• Commuters can come in early and stay late to beat traffic and earn extra overtime
