Role Overview: We are looking for and Interim Technical Manager to join a Food Manufacturing business for 6 months. This company is quite remote so will require staying away from home during the week. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring products meet the highest standards and comply with all regulatory requirements, particularly for our top 5 UK retailer clients.

Start Date: Immediate start, must be able to start next week.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Liaise with top 5 UK retailers, ensuring all technical and quality standards are met.
•    Conduct regular audits and quality checks to maintain high standards of production.
•    Coach and develop a team who have been through a lot of change.
•    Provide technical support and guidance to production teams to address any issues or improvements.
•    Develop and implement technical strategies to enhance product quality and safety.
•    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements:
•    Proven experience as an Interim Technical Manager in the Food Manufacturing industry.
•    Demonstrated experience working with the top 5 retailers in the UK.
•    Strong knowledge of food safety standards, regulations, and quality control processes.
•    Ability to work in a challenging environment, not afraid of getting stuck in and making changes.
•    Excellent communication and leadership skills.
•    Ability to travel and stay away from home during the week.
•    Availability to start immediately and begin work next week.
