HOME BASED WITH TRAVEL ACROSS CAMBS / NORFOLK

As a Regional Director for Cambridgeshire and Norfolk, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of multiple provisions for people wth learning disabilities, autism or other associated conditions. You will provide leadership, guidance, and strategic direction to ensure the successful performance of the registered services across the area.

We are seeking an experienced and inspirational leader who is able to inspire a culture of high quality practice and performance. You will be fully au fait with QCC regulations and compliance along with how to drive a well performing region. This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in the significant growth of an area within a developing organisation so you will bring your expertise in understanding the growth of a care business along with relationships with commissioners. Commerciallly aware, you will be hungry to drive forward whilst acting with integrity at all times.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Regional Director or similar position.

You will have strong supervisory skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with diverse stakeholders and an ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.

Candidates must be willing to travel within the region as required along with occasional travel to other areas when required.
