Job Title: Multi Trade Operative- Plastering

Location: Plymouth

Salary: £34,000 plus van and fuel card

The Company:

Build recruitment are working on behalf of a MOD contractor to recruit an experienced Plasterer multi trade operative in Plymouth to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is an great opportunity to join a large, local employer on a permanent basis on a very secure housing contract. A company vehicle and fuel card are provided, along with a excellent benefits package.

We are looking for an experienced carpenter multi trade to provide a repairs and maintenance service across MOD accommodation in Plymouth and surrounding areas.

Inclusion in the on call/ emergency call out rota is required and you will be paid extra to your salary for this service.

We are looking for an experienced Plasterer multi trade that can also assist with some general building maintenance and repairs.

Day to Day:

• Large and small plastering work in domestic properties
• Some general property repair and maintenance
• Working alone or as part of a small team
• Providing some out of hours / emergency cover
• Providing a friendly and professional service

Requirements:

• A NVQ in plastering or demonstratable time served experience
• A full UK driving licence
• You will be required to undertake MOD vetting
