We are looking to welcome an experienced Reward Systems and Compensation Expert to our team. It’s a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting team, you will be reporting to Head of Total Reward in the UK and have ownership of the Group responsibility for the compensation and reward systems.

 

Responsibilities:
HR Systems – Group Total Rewards
•Total Rewards expert and systems interface for Success Factors.
•Total Rewards expert and systems interface for external specialist software and systems e.g Willis Towers Watson, GDPR tools.
•Total Rewards expert on data management and security: - GDPR requirements, building reports, managing interfaces, managing change processes.

 

Compensation – support and partner with the Senior Expert in Compensation – UK Total Rewards

Process and policy ownership for compliance:
•National Living Wage, Gender Pay Reporting
•Process and policy ownership - compensation and bonuses (Fixed, STI, LTI etc)
•Process ownership for Year End Compensation Process (including mid-cycle pay reviews)
•Process and policy ownership for benchmarking and market research
•Strategy and modelling support for union negotiations in relation to pay and benefits
•Modelling support for BU projects, e.g Organisation Design, Grading, TUPE, Engagement
•Conduct Job Evaluation and build Job Architecture

 

General – all TR team members must: -
•Be the escalation point for their expert related queries.
•Be knowledgeable and willing to respond on all UKTR team members’ area of expertise e.g Benefits, Engagement, Data.
•Engage in ad hoc projects as a SME.
•Have and act with a Continuous Process Improvement mindset.
•At all times be the guardian of our HR Policies, Processes and colleagues’ personal, sensitive data.
