Description

Reporting to the Financial Controller as an Accountant you will be responsible for accruals and prepayments, bank and balance sheet records, fixed assets, variance, normal analysis, assisting with year, preparing and reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.

This opportunity is open to candidates who are working towards an accounting qualification ACCA/CIMA, Assistant Accountants or similar looking for a step up and wanting more exposure to experience/responsibilities.

Profile

The successful Applicant will

• Ideally working towards an accounting qualification ACCA/CIMA
• Knowledge and experience of using Sage accounts, Sage preferred however training will be given
• Knowledge and experience of accounting functions and international controls
• Capable of managing own workload
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel such as Vlookups or Pivot tables
• A team player
