Machinist / Toolmaker – Specialist Manufacturing

Location: Nottingham

Salary: £37,287 + Full Benefits Package 

Days Based Role – Monday to Friday

The Role

• Operate toolroom equipment consisting of milling machines, lathes, surface grinders, wire EDMs, and spark erosion equipment competently.
• Produce components to engineering drawings to a high level.
• Identify improvements and manufacturing methods within the department to increase efficiency and output.
• Maintain works order paperwork and booking through Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

KEY SKILLS

• Apprentice Trained Engineer
• Experience in a Toolroom environmnet

• Previous experience of toolroom equipment: milling, lathes, surface grinders, wire & die sink EDMs
