Teaching Assistant - The Role

Qualiteach is currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to support pupils on a 1:1 basis with SEN. The ideal candidate for the Teaching Assistant role will be working in a class to support identified pupils in 1:1, group or whole class situations, ensuring the children’s safety and access to learning. This role requires full-time commitment on a long-term basis. To be successful for this Teaching Assistant role, you need to have excellent inter-personal skills and be resilient and adaptable. You must have good literacy and numeracy skills as well as being computer literate.
