Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and responsible Class 2 HGV Driver to operate our Tarmac Tipper. This role is critical to our daily operations, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of materials to various sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Operation: Safely operate a Class 2 HGV Tarmac Tipper, adhering to all road safety regulations and company policies.
• Material Transport: Efficiently transport tarmac to designated locations, ensuring timely deliveries that meet client expectations.
• Load Management: Properly manage the loading and unloading of materials, ensuring secure and balanced loads.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily vehicle checks and routine maintenance, reporting any issues or defects promptly.
• Documentation: Accurately complete all required paperwork, including delivery notes and logbooks.
• Compliance: Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with the depot and clients, providing updates on delivery status and any potential delays.

Requirements:

• Valid Class 2 Licence
• CPC (Drivers Qualification Card)
• Digital Tachograph Card

Desirable Qualifications:

• Connect Card (MPQC)
• Safer Driver Certificate / formerly Safe Urban Driving (SUD)
• Onecard (Tarmac)

Working Hours:

• 10-hour shift per day (Monday to Friday)

Salary:

• Starting Salary: £130 per shift
