Job title: Temporary Administrators x 2
Hours: Full time Mon-Fri
Location: near York University
Pay rate: £11.45/hr
Start date: 15th July
Duration: Approx. 6-8 weeks
The work will include removing Branding and all Intellectual Property from Powerpoint slides and handouts.
The Temporary Administrators will need:
- IT skills with familiarity with developing Powerpoint slides
- Working to deadlines to complete a minimum level of turnover each day to ensure the required deadline is met for the work to be completed
- Using Excel spreadsheets
It would be ideal if you already have experience of working with IP but this is not essential, there will be two training days to allow a task handover and you will be working alongside internal staff who are very supportive and approachable.
Good interpersonal skills, attention to detail and bright sunny personality will help!
