Primary purpose of the role
To effectively and proactively build and maintain business to new and existing clients
Contract - 37.50 hours, working Sunday to Friday fully flexible

Key Accountabilities
- To re-canvass existing advertising customers
- Being fully conversant with all stock
- Participating in activities relating to training and development and performance reviews as required
- Meeting outgoing call productivity targets in-line with department minimum standards
- Ensuring that individual weekly/monthly sales targets are achieved
- Inputting all customer orders, alterations and cancellations onto the computer system
- Ensuring that all order details have been read back to the customer from the confirmation screen on all bookings
- Offering all relevant products and associated offers were relevant.
- Building strong relationships

- Producing day-to-day high call volumes and hit monthly targets and objections
- Proactively ensuring that you close deals and ensuring every avenue of the clients business is cross-sold and retain business

- Staff within Telesales Department are under the control of Telesales Supervisor, all based on site at Uddingston.

Experience:
Experience of Telesales Production Selling environment
Have a strong business to business/telesales selling background
Experience within a warehouse operation/transport environment
Experience in working in a target driven environment - Desirable
Demonstrate the aptitude to produce day-to-day high call volumes and hit monthly targets and objectives
Confidently deal with individuals of all levels over the telephone and email - Desirable
IT Literate - Essential
Languages
Mother tongue - any
Fluent - English
Desirable but not essential - Chinese and Manderin
Job location
National travel - Occasionally, to attend meetings or training with other Scotch Frost staff.
