You will have

To be successful as Quantity Surveyor, we are looking for an experienced, quantity surveyor with a healthy mix of the following:

• Ideally, candidates will be MRICS qualified or equivalent
• Experienced in providing a full spectrum of PQS services
• Strong client-facing ability and communication skills
• A good track record in Consultancy on QS/Cost control
• Experience procuring sub-contractors for major projects
• Good IT skills and ability to use measurement software
• Team player – enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team
