Position Summary:

My client is seeking a CDM Principal Designer to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in advising designers and contractors on safety measures and ensuring compliance with CDM regulations throughout project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise designers on design safety options.

- Assist clients in making informed choices regarding safety.

- Support contractors in achieving compliance with CDM regulations.

- Compile CDM design and construction risk registers.

- Lead a small department of CDM Principal Designers in due course.

Qualifications and Experience:

- NEBOSH National Construction Certificate or equivalent.

- Minimum 2-3 years' experience working under the CDM Regulations 2015 in Construction Design Management.

- Experience compiling CDM design and construction risk registers.

- Membership of a relevant professional body preferred but not essential.

- Ambitious and motivated to lead a small department in the future.
