Technical Site Manager

Our Client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Technical Site Manager to oversee our high-end residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing luxury construction sites, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. This role requires exceptional project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities for high-end residential projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel, ensuring timely and efficient project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and address any issues or deficiencies promptly.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
  • Implement and maintain health and safety protocols on the construction site.
  • Resolve any on-site technical issues, providing solutions and guidance to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and change orders.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and communication among all site personnel.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in high-end residential construction.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
