As an Senior Staff Nurse ICU, your duties will include:
Acting as a Deputy to the Sister/Charge Nurse:
- Deputising the Sister/Charge Nurse in the overall management and leadership of the unit.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior nursing staff.
- Delivering specialised nursing care to critically ill patients across various intensive care specialties.
- Working with with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans.
- Ensuring compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to patients' unique needs.
- Maintaining high standards of nursing practice through continuous professional development and adherence to clinical guidelines.
