The Inventory Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate stock levels, optimising inventory management processes, and ensuring efficient supply chain operations.

• Monitoring and tracking inventory levels of finished goods, chemicals, packaging and shipping materials
• Analysing inventory data to identify trends, optimise stock levels, and improve inventory management processes
• Managing and leading a team of inventory staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Taking responsibility for cyclical PI checks in all locations, the stock control process and annual stock counts
• Managing the daily input of production into Sage and investigation of variances
