• Grounds maintenance contractor looking for a GM Operative to join their team on a temp to perm basis (12 weeks temp then transition to perm).
• ASAP start
• Based in Folkingham - near Sleaford.
• Ideally temp and then perm after 12 weeks,
• £12.50-13.50 hourly rate but there is wiggle room in this.
• Full time, 40+ hours/week but always OT available paid at standard rate.
• Lots of driving and travel involved.
• Minimum of 1 week per month staying away as they work down in Bristol/Plymouth.
• Usually 07:00-07:30 start but sometimes earlier with an earlier finish.
• Driving licence essential, opportunity to take van homes sometimes if this is suitable - would have to be a private driveway etc.
• Towing experience, PA1/PA6 and CSCS card would be advantageous.
• They do a lot of work in schools so will go through an enhanced DBS check.
• Lots of work to get on with, different jobs going on they will be expected to help with (maintenance, installations, filling out paperwork).
