This renowned main contractor who specialise in education, residential, heritage, leisure, and medical projects have a rare opportunity for a Senior Estimator to join their successful team. 

This company have led the way in the London construction market for decades and have an impressive stream of repeat business from clients with whom they have built long term relations, alongside winning new and exciting projects across a range of sectors. My client is on numerous frameworks and in addition to traditional builds  also leads the field in sustainability and modern methods of construction. 

Projects can be from £1 to £25m in value and are for clients in both the public and private sectors.

This construction company is conveniently located just outside the City and is easily accessible via numerous transport links.

The Senior Estimator Role:

• Seeking a 'traditional' Senior Estimator to join a busy expanding team. Reporting to the Pre-Construction Manager who will provide technical and management support.
• You will be expected to lead the tender process and work independently on multiple bids, albeit with input from the Pre-Construction Planner and Proposals Manager.
• Must have experience of single stage Design and Build within residential and education sectors
• Capable of producing Bills of Quantities to SMM7 or NRM standards
• Software preferred Causeway, Bluebeam, CAD measure - computer based analytical estimate build‐up is essential for each tender

Senior Estimator Requirements:

• Must have previous experience as a senior estimator
• Previously worked on projects ranging up to minimum of £15m.
• Ideally you would have worked on healthcare/education projects

Senior Estimator Salary:

They are offering a salary of up to c. £85k plus benefits and working from home, depending on previous experience and qualifications.
