Advantage Resourcing is working in partnership with a large engineering company that operates within the aerospace industry and is currently seeking an experienced Systems Engineer who will encounter new engineering challenges to support the extensive customer network, engaging in a wide range of tasks and delivering integrated technical solutions.

What will you be doing:
* Collaborate with the Engineering team to develop technical solutions.
* Ensure that Design Review deliverables lead to a mature, easily certifiable product within Airbus and by the Supplier.
* Embed best practices and lessons learned from other programs.
* Support and facilitate V&V planning throughout the design development life cycle.
* Resolve technical incidents (concept design, drawing technical notes, instructions, or specifications) for manufacturing or repair; challenge customer requests both technically and economically.
* Manage stakeholders effectively, ensuring clear and effective reporting and communication.
* Address and escalate issues and key messages to management and the program team.

A couple of things you should know:
* Able to address short-term (in-service queries, airworthiness queries, FAL queries) and long-term issues (managing supplier investigations).
* Mentor/Support others
