Key Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate and own part of the group central costs budget, ensuring business performance and financial targets are met.
• Lead the central costs rolling forecast cycle and monthly/quarterly performance reviews.
• Develop insights reporting to enhance spend management across business teams.
• Prioritize and align projects with corporate strategic goals.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to senior executives.
• Foster a culture of development within the central costs team.

What You'll Bring:

• Financial qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey financial information effectively.
• Proven ability to build strong working relationships and lead a team.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and drive informed decisions.
