Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for an Office Administrator to begin work for a well-established company in the Nottingham area.
About the role:
- Working Hours - 15 hours per week
- Pay Rate - £12.00 per hour
- General Admin duties
- Updating the finance system with new invoices
- Purchasing orders
- Checking stock levels
- Booking in new deliveries onto the system
- Updating customers with orders and tracking production orders through the process
- Completing timesheets
- Distributing parcels
- Long-term work for the right candidate
- Start: ASAP
About You:
- High work ethic & team player
- Punctual & reliable
- You must have previous experience as an office administrator
