Our client is a successful and established business based in Newburn. They are looking for an experienced Purchasing Administrator to join their team on a full time, temporary to permanent basis. If you meet the person specification for the role, please apply below for an immediate response.

The Role you will be Doing

  • General administration supporting the purchasing department
  • Mail merging documents to suppliers
  • Tracking the return of documents and ensuring their accuracy
  • Data analysis
  • Analysing competitor pricing
  • Obtaining spec and COSHH sheets from suppliers and building a library on the centralised share drive

About You

  • Previous administration experience is essential
  • Highly experienced in Excel
  • Have the ability to calculate and understand margins
  • Strong admin and competent IT skills
  • Strong communication skills
