Job Title: Supply Teaching Assistant (Primary)
Location: Scunthorpe
Pay Range: £80 – £90 per day.
Job Type: Day to day, long-term, full-time, part-time, permanent.
Shift Duration: School hours, 8:30am – 3.30pm, Term Time Only.
Job Description:
We are currently recruiting Full Time Trainee Teaching Assistants who are looking to secure a career within the education sector.
Provide Education understand how hard it can be to secure a support role within a school setting without any relevant qualifications / experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help Teachers to prepare lesson materials and follow instructions.
- Set up and tidy classrooms for lessons.
- Work with students to make sure they understand their learning. This could be in a small group, 1:1 or within the main classroom.
- Support SEND children.
- Watch, record and report the progress students make.
Requirements:
- Candidates must undergo referencing.
- Candidates must have an up to date enhanced , children’s DBS check. Please note - We can help you to secure a new DBS , but you will be charged for this service.
- Candidates must have a safeguarding qualification or be willing to complete one through Provide Education.
Note: All positions are subject to referencing and a Enhanced DBS check which is a £48 charge from yourself.
