Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands.
Salary / Benefits £24k - £35k + Training + Benefits
We have an exciting opportunity for a Water Hygiene Engineer to join an independent and privately owned Water Hygiene / Legionella Consultancy. Our client holds a national presence and provides L8 management services to Commercial, Industrial, Leisure and Educational sites. You will be joining their longstanding team of engineers in the Midlands region and will be attending various sites, carrying out water sampling, temperature monitoring, showerhead cleans and descales, and flushing of little used outlets. For the successful applicant, our client can offer paid travel time, pension schemes, attractive holiday allowance and employee discounts.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Will have experience working hands on for a Water Hygiene / Legionella company, ideally working as an engineer.
" Will have extensive knowledge of HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Familiar with onsite logbooks.
" Able to work well independently.
" Able to work to strict timeframes.
The Role:
" Working on a mixed portfolio of sites, carrying out water sampling and temperature monitoring.
" TMV servicing and temperature monitoring.
" Showerhead cleans and descales.
" CWST cleans and disinfections.
" Flushing of little used outlets.
" Carrying out calorifier inspections.
" Ensuring work carried out on site adheres to HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Updating on site logbooks upon completion of work on site.
