£38,000/annum
We are recruiting for a maintenance electrician to work on a large scale facility in the Leeds area
The role is a permanent position paying up to 38k basic
Mon-Fri 40 hours per week days.
On call TBC

Description:
Exceptionally skilled in the hands on maintenance, diagnosis and repair of electrical and general building services plant including:
Electrical fault identification, maintain, lighting fittings (includes emergency lights), lamp replacement, safe installation of electrical equipment.
Compliance checks, emergency light checks etc.
Maintain stocks of critical spares and other stock pertaining to responsibilities.
Water hygiene (treatment), sampling and testing, temperature recording and associated tasks to comply with L8
Planned and reactive maintenance activities
Small works
Overlap with mechanical and fabric

Requirements:
A recognised apprenticeship in electrical discipline (level 3 etc.)
18th edition electrical safety.
Good verbal, numerate, interpersonal and computer skills
Personally motivated with initiative, flexibility, and innovation to continually develop skills.
A good knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation
Maintenance bias experience preferably on large estates
Willing and able to overlap with basic mechanical & fabric works
