Salary: £40,000 - 55,000 depending on experience

I am actively seeking a driven and talented Senior Architect to join an award-winning RIBA chartered Practice in Manchester. The successful Senior architect will have substantial experience as an ARB registered Architect, boasting design flare and creative approach to problem solving with experience in the industrial sector and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

Skills, Experience, and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:

• ARB registered
• Extensive post qualification experience
• Proven record working on projects in the industrial sector
• Strong technical expertise
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and / or Revit
• Must have experience being client facing
• Expertise in project delivery
• Capable at managing a small team
• Knowledge across all RIBA stages
• Ability to take a project from conception to completion
• Job running experience
• Live locally to the Manchester area
• Ability to work in the office full time with some flexibility on hours
• Keen to input to company growth
• Motivated to continue professional development
• Confident liaising within a team and with clients/ contractors
