Office Accounts Assistant

As an Office Accounts Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting with purchasing, invoices and assisting customers. You will manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a timely manner.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
-Process and reconcile invoices, expense reports and transactions
-Assist in the preparation or financial reports
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
-Perform bank reconciliation and assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
-Handle queries from suppliers, customers, and internal teams
-Provide general administrative support
-Working closely with other departments
The Ideal Candidate:
-Experience with Sage 50 would be preferable
-Experience within a similar role is essential
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to work off own initiative
Hours:
May vary between 7:30am - 5pm from Monday to Friday
Salary:
£24K - £30K depending on experience
This position is available for an immediate start after a successful interview.
Temp to perm for the suitable candidate after a trial period.
