Due to continued success within a major blue-chip contract, they are now recruiting for a Fabric Technician covering sites throughout Croydon

The successful candidate will be required to carry out a multi-site role offering building fabric maintenance services across a range of disciplines aimed at keeping services and costs in-house. The work includes a mix of PPM and reactive building fabric works internally and externally to include Building, Fabric, Painting & Decorating, Plumbing & Drainage, Joinery and Planned Maintenance 

You must have experience of working within a similar position in a retail or commercial environment and hold the following qualifications:

  • An NVQ Level 2 Trade qualification 
  • CSCS Card  
  • Full UK Driving Licence 

In return, our client is offering a total package of £XXX per annum, including on call every 1 in 11 weeks + travel time + company van, tools and uniform + health care + pension scheme + 33 days annual leave (including 8 bank holidays)
