Role Overview: As an Early Years Educator, will play a pivotal role in fostering a stimulating, supportive, and inclusive environment for preschool children. Working full-time over 4 or 5 days, you will be responsible for planning and implementing a rich curriculum that encourages children's development and love of learning. Your creativity, dedication, and ability to engage with young children will help create a foundation for lifelong learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educational Activities: Plan and deliver a range of educational activities that meet the developmental needs of the children.
• Child Development: Observe and assess children's progress, providing individual support to enhance their learning.
• Engagement: Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere, building strong relationships with children and their families.
• Safety and Welfare: Ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing environment at all times.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a dedicated team in a large, busy room, contributing to a cohesive and supportive workplace.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Essential: Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• Experience: Prior experience in an early years setting is highly desirable.
• Skills: Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
• Attributes: Passionate about early childhood education, patient, and able to adapt to a dynamic environment.
