I am currently looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join a well-established social housing contractor in the Bristol area. This Multi Trade Operative will be expected to carry out reactive maintenance on social housing properties.
The duties of the Multi Trade Operative will include:
• Conducting reactive repairs within customer's homes
• Responding to prearranged repair appointments
As a Multi Trade Operative, we need you to have:
• Experience in a core trade of carpentry or plumbing
• Own van
• Social housing experience
What you can expect as a Multi Trade
•£23 per hr
• Weekly pay (CIS or PAYE)
• Ongoing work
• All work based in Bristol
