Credit Control Assistant

Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to work for a well established company based in Redhill, Surrey. The Credit Control job is temp for initially 2-3 months. The Credit Control support role will be working as part of their Credit Control team and is ideal for someone with proven Credit Control, Collections and Finance - Customer Services support experience.
Pay rate: £14-15.30 per hour + holiday pay
Duration: 2-3 months, temp
Hours: 9-5 Monday to Friday
Location: Redhill - office based
Credit Control duties:
- Ensure credit control - collection procedures are administered - chasing of debts
- Monitoring and prioritisation of the ledger
- Setting up manual Direct Debits and following up on rejected direct debits
- Build and develop customer relationships
- Working closely with the Credit and Collections team
- Handling customer payment / debt queries
- Sending copy invoices
Skills and experience:
- Proven credit control / collections / finance / accounts assistant type experience
- Strong MS skills - Excel and Word
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
