Are you an experienced Internals Site Manager looking for a new and exciting opportunity? Fawkes & Reece are working on behalf of a well known main contractor who operate across the Commercial, Education, Health care, Heritage, Public Spaces and Residential sector. This contractor has been operating for over 30 years and has successfully delivered a range of construction projects throughout London and the South East.

The client is seeking a strong Site Manager to join the team for a £20+ million Residential Scheme to focus on the internal fit out of the project from first fix through to handover.

About the Candidate:

• You should ideally have a main contractor or developer background on large residential schemes. Focusing on looking after the internal fit out package on the project.
• Focus on Health & Safety and Quality Assurance
• Some management experience i.e. with an Assistant or sub-contractors, a strong number 2 on site reporting into a Project Manager
