Mechanical Contracts Manager (Construction / HVAC)
£70,000 - £80,000 + Bonus + Company Car + Progression

Are you a Project or Contract Manager from the Construction or HVAC industry with Mechanical experience looking to take a step up into a prestigious role handling high value projects offering you the authority and responsibility of a senior position?

In this role you will be handling the mechanical contracts for this established MEP and Construction consultancy working throughout London and Essex. You will be reporting directly to the mechanical contracts director and have the autonomy to manage projects from cradle to grave.

This company have been established for nearly 25 years and have a solid reputation for delivering MEP services across the Construction Industry for both the public and private sectors. As part of the Contracts team, you will be responsible for upholding their client led approach and ensuring the smooth running of mechanical operations.

This role would suit a Contracts Manager, or Project Manager looking to step up, with experience with the Mechanical Services sector and project delivery.

The Role:

• Liaising between clients and Project teams
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
• Consulting and negotiating with sub-contractors
• Being financially responsible for multi-million pound projects
• Working between a Basildon based office and sites across Essex and London
